INTRODUCTION:
You begin your journey to financial freedom with FMI as a Qualified Executive Distributor. As you help others start their journey, you move up the ladder. The greater the number of people you help to discover true freedom, the greater your level of achievement will be.
Starting with Ruby, then to Emerald, then Diamond and Double Diamond. Platinum Diamond is the highest level of achievement. As your level of achievement increases, so too will your participation in each phase of the financial plan.
Before we dig into the details of the plan, we need to cover some terms and definitions that we will refer to throughout the financial plan. Please familiarize yourself with these terms below

Sponsoring new distributors to your team is the essential first step to building your team. New distributors can begin with a Fast Start Pack. There are several to chose from and each pack contains valuable inventory of products at substantial savings plus a FREE distributor kit.
The Fast Start Packs have no BV assigned to them, however, the volume from the Packs sold in your organization along with Total BV count toward your Team Volume which we will cover below
Business Volume or BV
All FMI products are assigned a Bonus Volume or BV value. Commissions are paid based on the amount of Bonus Volume (BV) you and your team generate each month. The foundation of the Financial Plan is based upon each individual distributor selling or consuming 100 BV of product every month. 100 BV is your only requirement in order to qualify for full commissions on Phase III of the Financial Plan. As we cover various phases of the plan, you will find that the more BV you and your organization are able to accrue, the more INCOME you will earn as a distributor.
NOTE: Some FMI products, such as our marketing materials, do not have BV assigned to them.
TEAM BV
The Team BV is the cumulative total Bonus Volume in your entire organization, including personal volume above and beyond your qualifying 100 BV.
TEAM VOLUME
Team Volume is the cumulative total of Bonus Volume AND Fast Start Pack volume in your entire organization, including personal volume above and beyond your qualifying 100 BV .
NOTE: It is important to familiarize yourself with the differences in these two terms. In the Financial Plan, some of the qualifiers are based upon Team BV or Team Volume
Autoship
The next step after becoming a distributor is selecting an Autoship package. While participation in the Autoship program is optional, it is essential for people seriously building a business with FMI. Besides the convenience of having your qualifying order shipped to you automatically every month, advanced internet functions and reduced shipping costs, Autoship is an integral part of the Financial Plan. We will cover the details a little later, but for now keep in mind that in order to take full advantage of the opportunities the Financial Plan offers, you and your team will want to participate in the Autoship program.
NOTE: Even though the Fast Start Pack has no BV, any distributor who joins with a Basic pack or higher is considered a Qualified Executive Distributor that month just as if they had qualified with 100 BV
Rank Level Qualifications
There are six basic rank levels in the FMI Financial Plan. You begin as an Executive Distributor. As you sponsor more people into your organization you will rise to Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Double Diamond and ultimately Platinum Diamond. Your rank level qualification dictates the phases of the Financial Plan in which you participate. Throughout these pages we will refer to these rank levels frequently in words and pictures, therefore, we will establish the definition of each level and a legend of corresponding icons below
Qualified Executive Distributor A distributor who joins with a Basic Fast Start Pack or higher and has met their 100 BV requirements for the current month. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in Phases I and III.
Ruby Executive A Qualified Executive Distributor who has two (2) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level.
Emerald Executive A Qualified Executive Distributor who has four (4) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level and a Total Team Volume of 1,500*. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I and is also eligible to participate in Phase II and Phase III when the qualifications have been met.
Diamond Executive A Qualified Executive Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level and a Total Team Volume of 7,500*. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I and is also eligible to participate in Phase II, Phase III and Phase IV when the qualifications have been met.
Double Diamond Executive A Qualified Executive Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level, has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Diamond each (both within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of 50,000*. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I, and is eligible to participate in Phase II, Phase III and Phase IV when the qualifications have been met.
Platinum Diamond Executive A Qualified Executive Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their first level, has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Double Diamond each (both within the first three levels) OR four (4) Diamonds in at least three (3) different legs (also within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of 100,000*. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I, and is eligible to participate in Phase II, Phase III and Phase IV when the qualifications have been met.
* No more than 70% volume can come from any single leg.

Phase 1 :Fast Cash Bonus
Phase I is designed to quickly infuse cash into the hands of anyone who is sponsoring new distributors into the business. This cash helps you to create more growth in your business. When you sell a Fast Start Pack, you receive a $25 Fast Cash Bonus.
The Fast Cash Bonus is paid weekly to Autoship distributors who are on Direct Deposit
Phase 2 :Team Building Bonus
Phase II compensates leaders of a growing team. You can qualify to earn up to $40 on every Fast Start Pack that is sold by your team, all the way to infinity.
One of the other tremendous features of Phase II is that you reap this bonus weekly if you are on Autoship and have selected to have your bonus checks direct deposited.
Phase 3 :Residual Income
All Qualified Executive Distributors participate in Phase III of the Financial Plan. This phase alone has extremely powerful money making potential. You earn an amazing 60% bonus from your first two levels! You can earn up to 10% on your third level through infinity!
The Triple Crown Compensation plan is the most innovative and aggressive compensation plan available in a legitimate long-term network marketing opportunity. Where else are you going to find a 65% actual payout of the wholesale to the distributors? No where. Our actual payout is higher than most company's potential payout
The following shows the residual bonus dollars that are generated with 20 people in each program. (4 distributors on the first level, 16 on the second level, all paid on 100 BV of product each month)
